Which sneaky excuses keep you stuck?
Here's the trap: when you justify negative feelings and outcomes with excuses, you absolve yourself of responsibility. It's like saying, “It’s this thing that's causing me to feel bad, so don’t judge!” You believe you’re stuck because of the excused identity you have picked up. That's what we're gonna fix.

Excuses are so sneaky
Three examples of how you could be holding on to an Excused Identity
From time to time we all say them -- excuses -- that get us out of taking responsibility, that justify why something didn't work out, that shift the blame, and more. But that's the sneaky trap we need to become aware of and eliminate if we want to improve our life.My boss...
My kids...
They did...
We start giving the "it's not my fault" excuse in early childhood. Kids hate taking responsibility because they might get in trouble. But as an adult this excuse keeps us from achieving our best results.Â
Run late
Lose my mind
Forget my...
For years I kept saying, "My kids drive me crazy." And because I believed it, I was experiencing the impact, which hurts me and my relationship with them. Blaming your kids won't make thing better.
I work late
I'm on my period
I don't sleep well
We think we're just making a statement about how things are, but when we justify our behavior based on an excuse -- that thing we said takes power away from our ability to be our best self.
Hey Mama.
I used to surrender my satisfaction to negative reasons I believed. Ideas that were nothing more than excuses had I picked up and allowed that kept me stuck in frustration mode.Â
But one day, I realized I was the one forcing these expectations and excuses on myself and my motherhood experience.
So instead of just accepting what was, I started to wonder “what if?”
What if I could start enjoying my life, instead of wishing I could run away?
What if I could enjoy my kids more without feeling so overwhelmed?
What if I could thrive as a mama without the heavy burden of expectations?
Seriously, these are the things I was thinking. I felt miserable in my motherhood experience — something I had never expected to happen.
And, I didn’t want to keep waiting for my kids to be 18 and move out for me to have my life back. I wanted to enjoy my life now — kids and all.
This workshop will help you:
-   Identify the excuses that allow the negative feelings and results
-   Understand why you feel compelled to give these excuses and what is triggering it
-   Break the negative patterns that keep giving you the same results
-   Learn to identify what you do want your life to look like and clear the way to make it a reality by planting the “good seeds”
-   Clear the way to make it a reality by planting the “good seeds”
-  Discover how to feel better about yourself and your life
Even though the chaos of motherhood may swirl around you, your identity and inner peace is yours to shape. Stop settling for less because you think you have to based on excuses. Start to enjoy your motherhood experience.
Join the workshop and let's get started. You deserve to feel better.
All the best,
Stefanie
Consider how you can improve your motherhood experience
when you "reprogram" what you think
The Excused Identity that has gotten you here does not have to control your life moving forwardÂ

Throughout this workshop we will work to identify and break down the excuses you have allowed that limit your results. We'll offer both story and strategy to help you reprogram your attitude and start creating the change you desire.

NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Stefanie
Empowered Boy Mom and Certified Life Coach
Over the years I have learned that the way you think and approach things (mindset) is more important than any tactic or strategy. This has proven true for me in my business practice, in my collegiate teaching career, and most definitely in my parenting. How I think and feel about my kids matters more than what I am doing.Â
I'm grateful to have this understanding in my life now and I strive to share this with other mamas how they can create the motherhood experience they desire. Every I put into Evolve Motherhood is designed with helping you enjoy your life more by connecting to your power to create life on your terms.
"I can hardly contain my enthusiasm!!!! I was so impressed by your coaching and your passion for helping women. THANK YOU for bringing your A+ game. "
